NFS Short-Term Disability Offers:

All regular full-time employees are offered Short-Term Disability Insurance based on 60% of their weekly salary (to a cap of $2,000 per week).

There is no waiting period for a disability caused by an injury or an accident.

There is a seven (7) day waiting period before the Plan will pay benefits for an illness or sickness (including pregnancy or mental disorder). The maximum period of benefits is 13 weeks.
